Working Safely During COVID-19
Keeping you and your family safe at all times is our top priority whilst we carry work at your home.
To ensure this, in addition to strictly adhering to Government guidelines, Arktek has implemented an additional range of safety measures:
At all times we will:
- Ensure that our staff are in good health before approaching your home
- Wear a suitable face covering at all times
- Check to see that you are happy with the safety arrangements we have made
- Ask you to complete a COVID-19 Safety Questionnaire
- Maintain social distancing at all times
- Request that everyone in the household isolates themselves from our staff whilst they are working
Whilst following these safety arrangements, we aim wherever possible to provide a “business as usual” approach to ensure that our customers benefit from the services we provide.
