5. Quotations, deposits and cancellation
All quotations issued by Arktek Group Limited are valid for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotations are subject to a satisfactory technical survey and may be amended where unforeseen site conditions or additional works are identified before installation.
Deposits, payment schedules and final payment requirements will be detailed within the customer’s quotation and contract documentation.
Where applicable, installations will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the relevant certification schemes, including HIES, MCS, TrustMark, PAS 2030 and Qualitymark Protection. Relevant certification, warranties and handover documentation will be provided upon completion where applicable.
Customers purchasing goods or services away from our business premises may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details of any applicable cancellation rights will be provided within the customer’s contract documentation.
6. Finance
Finance may be available on selected products and services through Arktek Group Limited’s approved finance partner, subject to status, affordability, and lender approval.
Full finance terms, eligibility criteria and any applicable regulatory information will be provided during the finance application process.
