Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
All domestic buildings in the UK available to buy or rent must have a valid EPC. On an EPC each property is rated from A (very efficient) to G (inefficient). An EPC is valid for 10 years from the date of issue and highlights cost-effective ways to improve the efficiency rating of your property.
