Underfloor Insulation
Did you know you could be eligible for funded Underfloor Insulation?
Underfloor Insulation can save you up to £100* per year on your heating bill and you could be eligible for funding towards the cost of this under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme.
What is Underfloor Insulation?
Installing Underfloor Insulation is an effective way to keep your home warm. Your property can lose heat through drafts caused by uninsulated suspended timber floors. Underfloor Insulation eliminates drafts from your suspended timber floor, saving you money on your energy bills.
Underfloor Insulation is installed between the joists under your floor. This is done by securing mineral wool insulation in place with nylon netting. You do not necessarily need a cellar to complete this work, contact us to find out more information.
Is your floor suitable for Underfloor Insulation?
As long as our installers can access the areas between the joists and your floor, your underfloor may be suitable for insulation.
*Energy savings are calculated using a typical gas-heated home. Price savings depend on the type and size of your home.
