Arktek Group Limited require an experienced ECO Submissions Administrator to work as part of a highly professional admin team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, duties include:
- Dealing with ECO submission paperwork for funding agents.
- ECO Administrative duties such as typing, copying, data input, filing, scanning, etc.
- Liaising with external funders regarding allocations, targets, submissions, and queries.
- Answering and dealing with telephone and e-mail inquiries.
- Maintaining filing systems – electronic and manual.
- Preparing installer work packs.
- Processing and submitting completed install paperwork.
- Meeting internal and external deadlines.
- Proactively manage any customer queries and or remedial works.
- Full training of ECO Energy Company Obligation (ECO) – will be provided
Key Skills
- Knowledge of general administrative procedures.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Access, Word and Excel.
- Good typing and keyboard skills with an excellent level of spelling and grammar.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team or where required, autonomously and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks – demonstration of accuracy is essential.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task – candidate must be confident and efficient when handling a variety of different responsibilities.
- Strict adherence to deadlines – essential.
